Calum Brown swept the boards at the recent online Shotts and Dykehead piping competition. When the results were announced on the 4th of October Calum came out on top in the Piobaireachd, March, Strathspey & Reel, Hornpipe and Jig and Medley.
Calum has been playing the RJM solo chanter since 2015 and says “I am still loving playing the chanter. I am so comfortable with it and the harmonics are nice with the drones.”
